FACILITY CHARACTERISTICS

This distribution center is a high grade industrial facility, which has a modular design and which can be used independently by several tenants with separate entrances, separate administrative part and separate loading bays.

It can be used for both ambient and above-zero storage and production purposes.

The facility consists of a total gross area of 11,806 m2 and it is divided into 4 units which can function independently:

  • Stage I consisting of an area of 5,041 m2 (8 loading bays)
  • Stage II consisting of an area of 861 m2 (3 loading bays)
  • Stage II consisting of an area of 861 m2 (3 loading bays)
  • Stage I consisting of an area of 5,041 m2 (8 loading bays)
  • The development land consists of an area of 19,000 m2
  • Ground floor area of the facility consists of 8,000 m2 and 4×950 m2 of upper floors
  • Effective height from the floor to the ceiling in the warehouse is 12 m
  • Industrial floors in the warehouse have a high loading capacity > 5000kg/m²
  • Effective height from the floor to the ceiling on the upper floors is 4 m
  • Effective loading capacity of the upper floor slabs is 500 kg/m2.

The space on the upper floors is connected with the ground floor and internal roads with two freight elevators, two staircases and two panoramic passenger elevators.
